Alexander Klyachko co-founded Allied Testing in 2000. Alexander drives the strategic development and implementation of Allied’s business plans and long term future strategies and supports the day-to-day operations of the company. Alexander was one of the pioneers of the independent business in the former Soviet Union in late 1980’s — early 1990’s. Prior to founding Allied Testing, he set up Nidl, a group of companies providing retail financial services (1991). Since 2015, Alexander has been living and working in EU.

Mikhail Teyf has been with Allied Testing from its inception in 2000. Mikhail plays a key role in the start of new projects and account teams, and oversees technical presales efforts. He has over 15 years of experience in the development, testing, and management of financial applications, and has previously served as Executive Director of Nidl (1996–2000) and as Head of the Automation Department at Northern Trade Bank (1992–1996). Mikhail received his MSc in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from the Moscow University in 1987. Mikhail works at Cyprus office of Allied Testing and oversees its European accounts.

Has been with Allied since 2003. Eugene graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and holds Master degree in Applied Math and Physics. He started his career with Allied as QA Engineer and grew to Team Lead, QA Management and Delivery Management roles. In 2005 Eugene has been guiding development of Delivery Center in Moldova and has been supervising that region ever since. While spending a lot of time with our customers in US and Europe, Eugene has been actively involved in development of IT sector in Moldova as board member of Moldavian ICT association. His current activities include management of US and European accounts and development of our Delivery Centers.

Inessa has been with Allied since 2008. A graduate of the Psychology Department at Lomonosov Moscow State University, she holds International Business certificate and MS degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University. She joined Allied as a Recruitment Specialist and was soon promoted to HR Manager. Currently she is responsible for customer relations and business development activities.

Stas has more than 13 years’ experience of delivering large scale enterprise business change programmes and projects. He now leads our technical teams comprised of software developers, testers, devops and DBAs. Stas is accountable for the quality of the services Allied Testing delivers. He also is a principle consultant when it comes to technology, software development and testing topics. Stas is a citizen of Bulgaria, his family moved to Moldova when he was a kid. He joined Allied Testing in 2005 short after graduating from the State University of Moldova. He holds a master degree in engineering and is a life-time learner. He loves math, technology, snowboarding, astronomy and physics. Favourite quote: ‘The most important thing is not to stop questioning’. A. Einstein.

Aleksandar, a graduate of IT Academy (Belgrade), has been with Allied Testing from its very first day in Belgrade back in 2011. Being a Microsoft Certified IT Professional, Aleksandar has started his career at Allied Testing as System administrator. Previously he has been providing IT solutions and support to various clients of a Microsoft Partner, software developing company in Serbia. In 2012, Aleksandar became Head of Serbia office.

Andrei, a graduate of Technical University of Moldova, has started his career at Allied Testing in 2010 as System Administrator. He later joined a manual QA team and rapidly grew to a Senior Performance Engineer position. In 2022 Andrei became the Head of Romania Office.

Alexandr has joined Allied Testing back in 2008 as QA engineer. Since then, he has managed to successfully fill many roles like release manager, DR&BC consultant, defect manager and test manager. He had an opportunity to lead and provide QA consultancy for many large-scale programmes delivered by world’s biggest companies. In September 2021 Alexandr became head of the Ukraine Office. He holds ISTQB certification, loves sailing, plays drums, and is a big football fan.

Aleksandr joined Allied Testing in June 2007 as a tester. At the end of 2008 he became the Deputy Head of the Belarus branch and supervised its staff of testers. Since October 2010 - Head of the Belarus branch. Aleksandr is a citizen of Lithuania and from 2021 he is responsible for setting up offices and assisting relocation of employees between the countries. Background: Polotsk State University (1999). Specialty: Engineering Technology. Graduate School of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus (up to 2003). After graduate studies Aleksandr spent the next two years in Japan as a research engineer. Aleksandr received his MBA from Belarus State University’s in 2011. Aleksandr has been practicing Aikido since 1999 to the present day. Received a master's degree (2nd dan, black belt) in 2005 in Japan.

Chris Kaisand currently assists companies in a variety of industries to outline and execute on their Business Development, Operations, Outsourcing, Risk and Strategic Sourcing strategies. He has held positions as Chief Procurement Officer for Broadridge Financial Solutions and TD Ameritrade, Vice President of International Sourcing for AIG, Vice President of NA Business Process Outsourcing at Unisys Corporation and Partner for Business Process and Applications Management Services Outsourcing at IBM. Chris has a Bachelor of Sciences in Mathematics and JD/MBA and has been involved as a Board member, founder, investor and executive member of management teams in technology, regulatory and customer service oriented firms.
