Alexander Klyachko, Managing Director

Alexander Klyachko co-founded Allied Testing in 2000.  Alexander drives the strategic development and implementation of Allied’s business plans and long term future strategies and supports the day-to-day operations of the company. Alexander was one of the pioneers of the independent business in the former Soviet Union in late 1980’s — early 1990’s. Prior to founding Allied Testing, he set up Nidl, a group of companies providing retail financial services (1991). 

Dasha Klyachko, Managing Director

Dasha Klyachko co-founded Allied Testing in 2000. She is responsible for the marketing, sales and client relationship management. Dasha has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in QA and testing. Prior to launching Allied Testing, she developed and managed testing infrastructures for several large software development companies and financial institutions.  Dasha earned her MSc in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from the Moscow University.

Mikhail Teif, Director

Mikhail Teif has been with Allied Testing from its inception in 2000. Mikhail runs the company’s Moscow office, plays a key role in the start of new projects and account teams, and oversees technical presales efforts. He has over 15 years of experience in the development, testing, and management of financial applications, and has previously served as Executive Director of Nidl (1996–2000) and as Head of the Automation Department at Northern Trade Bank (1992–1996). Mikhail received his MSc in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from the Moscow University.

Denis Albert, Director

Denis Albert helped to start Allied Testing in 2000. Denis rejoined Allied in 2010 to productize numerous analytical and simulation technologies developed by Allied over last 11 years. Denis brings to the company 15-year experience of trading, managing trading teams, developing trading strategies and trading technology. He traded equity options, built equity arbitrage and high-frequency market-making strategies, built commodity arbitrage strategies and systems. Worked at Stafford Trading, CSFB, Nomura and Infinium Securities. Built and ran an electricity arbitrage firm. Denis graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with MSc in Financial Markets and Trading.

Eugene Galamaga, Head of Moldova office

Has been with Allied since 2003. Eugene graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and holds Master degree in Applied Math and Physics. With Allied, he started as QA Engineer, then got promoted to Team Lead and then to Project Manager. In 2005, he became Head of the Moldova Office of Allied Testing. Eugene’s projects include automated testing and development for a variety of European customers of Allied.

Alexander Fedaravichus, Head of Belarus Office

Alexander joined Allied Testing in June 2007 as a tester. November 2007 - appointed Team Leader and a local Project Manager in Minsk office. Since the end of 2008 he was a Deputy Head - supervised the staff of testers of Minsk office and successfully undertook other duties requested within the post. Since October 2010 - Head of Belarus office.

Background: Polotsk State University (2010). Specialty: Engineering Technology. Graduate School of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Belarus (up to 2003). Then the next two years had been to Japan as a research-engineer (along with studying and training Aikido there).

Mikhail Kharlamov, Senior Vice President

Joined Allied in November, 2002. A graduate of the Tula State University, he did postgraduate studies in linguistics. Mikhail currently manages a project for a major European customer. His department was the first at Allied to provide financial engineering services. Besides testing, Mikhail’s team is also involved in technical writing, producing user documentation for the customer’s financial applications.

Kirill Magdalinin, Senior Vice President

Joined Allied in 2002. A graduate of the Computer Science Department of the Moscow State University, he holds MCSE certification and is working on his PhD. Prior to Allied, worked on a variety of internet projects as a software developer and systems administrator in Russia and in the US. At Allied, Kirill has been in charge of a number of successful development projects for Allied’s US and European customers.

Nikolay Sebentsov, Senior Vice President

Was one of Allied Testing’s first employees. Well known as a great tester, he set up our Regression Library for calculations. Nikolay was then promoted to Project Manager, leading some major projects for our largest client. He is passionate about training new people, so he also heads up our Training Department. New recruits tend at first to be overwhelmed by his encyclopaedic knowledge of testing and his dynamic ‘can do’ personality but they thank him later, when they move on to real testing. That’s the way it should be!

Max Shtarev, IT Director

Maxim is a graduate of the Physics Department of the Moscow State University and holds the Master degree in Physics. Prior to joining Allied Testing in 2002, Maxim had had vast IT experience working for large companies, such as Digital Equipment Corporation, with established and formalized IT processes. Due to Allied’s growth in the recent years, Maxim’s major focus has been on solidifying the IT infrastructure and formalizing the IT processes within our company. He is the author of Allied’s corporate Information Security Policy based ISO/IEC 27 000 standards family.
