At frequent intervals, we assign exactly the same Test Script to two people who don't know they're being checked and the results are then compared
Bug Statistics
Reported bugs are analysed weekly, based on responses from the client.
Internal Quality Review
All Test Scripts and the performance of individual testers are monitored on an on-going basis.
